there are really big cultural differences between Australia and China. So people’s concept of consumption is different, the company have to creat different advertising for different countries. I founded two different advertising of KFC. at first , KFC has served the cultures of different countries well, use halloween to attract Australian customer and use Chinese culture to attract Chinese customers. And hofsted insight show me the country comparison, on the dimension of power distance, Australia is low on this dimension, thus whoever is going to interact in the advertising. on the other hand, china have big power distance, the advertising which KFC use in china is atteact most normal people like student. Next point is individualism, Australia is Significantly higher than the China. So it’s more about enjoying yourself.
